The SVUM-CZ, s.r.o. company provides corrosion protection of metal surfaces, using the DELTA-MKS method.
We have been granted a licence to use this widely respected technology by the German company DÖRKEN MKS-Systeme GmbH & Co. It allows us to provide excellent corrosion protection of metal surfaces, offering many characteristics and advantages in high demand.
The DELTA-MKS method is especially suitable for components such as fasteners, nuts and bolts, rivets, clips, clamps, brackets, screw fittings, small metal parts, furniture fittings, and other such hardware. This method is required by the main suppliers for the automotive, aerospace, and construction industries.
We provide corrosion protection of metal surfaces, using the DELTA-MKS method for which we have been granted a licence by the German company DÖRKEN MKS-Systeme GmbH & Co.
This technology is based on non-electrolytically applied zinc flake coating and provides a number of advantages, such as superior corrosion resistance and sliding guaranteed to meet requirements. The characteristic features of this technology include: no risk of hydrogen embrittlement, a thin coat, and absence of the carcinogenic hexavalent chromium.
In our company there are five coating lines, operated by a total of thirty employees, that perform at the capacity of 300 tonnes of material per month.
These coating lines consist of two sections: one for coating by the Dip-Spin method and one for a conveyor-belt curing oven. Another coating method we use is manual spraying of parts that cannot be coated in large numbers in baskets.
